Knitting & Crocheter Mentors A Success!

The American Girls Club is working fast and furiously on their scarves for the Orphan Foundation of America's "Red Scarf Project"!  With the help of visiting teachers and parents who volunteer their time the girls have gotten off to an excellent start!  Taking it to the next level, last Friday eight of our girls began to teach the boys of P.S.50/Children's Aid Society Afterschool group! Pictures will be coming soon!  If you're still interested in volunteering on Fridays between 3:30pm and 5:45 contact Children's Aid Society/Ms. Angrum at 212-860-0299.  Please leave your contact info!  I look forward to you joining us as we share a meal, sit, laugh, and knit & crochet for a good cause!
